Mother of a bride, Sept. 10th 2009Shane did a fantastic job at my daughters wedding and reception. He had everyone dancing all night long. We did interactive dances, line dancing and even sang and had other people up singing. We received so many compliments on how fun he was. The church provided very minimal equipment but Shane took care of everything and even brought tears to a few eyes with the song he sang. If you want a fun reception then Shane is your man! He had every request. He was even out on the dance floor a few times singing with the guests. What a blast. I would highly encourage you to try him out, you wont regret it.

Bride, Nov. 18th 2008I hired Shane to perform the ceremony music for my wedding and to Perform Live and DJ at my reception. He was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I had several people come up to me and say that my ceremony was the neatest they had ever been too because of the music. At the reception he had the entire place out of their seats. I did not leave the dance floor, and people still call me to tell me how fun my wedding was. One of my bridesmaids said Shane is the best singer/DJ I've ever seen, I want him for my Wedding Reception. He was energetic, fun and had any song that you could ask for! He played requests and kept EVERYONE happy! Shane made my reception! Thanks to him we had the best party of our lives!!!!!!!!!!

Wedding - August 23rd 2008I have know Shane all my life and from the day he started playing music I had told him that he would play at my wedding. This guy is the real deal. He is the wedding package that noone else can offer. He goes from DJ'ing dance hits from the 90's straight into Sweet Home Alabama live on his guitar with the drum tracks going too... This all without ever hearing a break in the music. My biggest thing is crowd interaction and you couldn't ask for a better entertainer. He had the entire reception get in a circle around us and sing "Stand By Me" acapella. It was incredible. Basically if you want a wedding like no other you will hire Shane Mac. He's better than any other entertainment you could find! THANKS SHANE!

Bride, June 7th 2008My husband and i chose Shane Mac to do our music for our wedding ceremony and our reception. He did not have it easy because it was an outside wedding. It was an extremely hot and muggy day and it decided to rain during the ceremony. Shane hung in there for us risking his equipment getting wet. He did a great job during the ceremony. At the reception he did a great job of making it fun and entertaining. Shane added a little of his own person touch with live music which got everyone on their feet. He is very talented. All of my guests commented to me on how great he did, and i have had many people call me and ask for his name. Logan and I are so thankful For everything Shane did for us to make our day extra special!

www.h-e-a.bizNow I have to give a huge write up on Shane from Mac-Live Entertainment....every one needs to have a DJ....NO.... an Entertainer like him for their reception. Shane is not your average DJ, he actually sings, plays the guitar, really gets the party going and it never stopped - EVER! When I had heard about Mac Live this past summer..I didn't know what to expect...but I am so glad I got to see for myself and what an impact it had on the entire evening. So.... some of the songs were your typical songs but then after a few of those he would get the guitar out and sing live - SO FUN! Now there is one little problem...Shane now lives in Seattle, but we are working on seeing if he will continue this venture and head back this way every now and then for some weddings. I really want more clients to experience a reception like this...especially clients that really want a band but the cost is just too much....this is the way to go! THANKS SHANE for keeping the party going all night!

30th Anniversary PartyThe entertainment experience Shane Mac provided during our 30th Anniversary party surpassed our wildest expectations! For us, its all about a fun party (getting everyone involved and participating) and he provided that and so much more! Through his music, singing, and running around with his guitar, he was able to re-capture so many moments that brought us together more than 30 years ago along with a variety of the music everybody loves. There wasn't a song we wanted that he didn't have and he would hop in the middle of the floor with his guitar and mic getting everyone around him to sing the hits with him! He kept the party going all night long...and when I mean all night long, I'm not kidding. I think a conga line was still circling at 1 a.m.! I would highly recommend Shane Mac Entertainment to anyone! Shane was great, very professional, a lot of fun to work with, and we were glad he shared this day with us. People are still talking about how much fun it was! Thanks, Shane, what are you doing in another 20 years for our 50th anniversary? Peoria, Illinois misses you.
